【Abstract】 The author briefly introduced the concept of the self management system,respectively described three types of management mode,namely,system management,policy management and organization management,as well as their applications in the area of competitive sports policy.At the end,the author gave thoughts to some aspects in competitive sports management in Britain,including policies established by the government for the development of competitive sport,high performance competitive sport and scholastic competitive sport.更多还原
