【Abstract】 Through research the author revealed the following findings: The NBA league had entered into a human capital lacking stage,at which the bosses and players undertook team operating risks jointly and shared team profits at the same time;in order to ensure the sharing of league game income between the labor and capital parties,the NBA league had established a series of salary restriction systems,which included direct restrictions(such as contract restriction and quota restriction) and indirect restrictions(such as salary cap restriction and salary cap exception restriction).更多还原
