基于神经网络和遗传算法的光合细菌制氢发酵技术研究
HYDROGEN PRODUCTION BY PHOTOSYNTHETIC BACTERIA FERMENTATION BASED ON NEURAL NETWORK AND GENETIC ALGORITHM
【摘要】 生物制氢与畜禽粪便污水处理的有机结合,对于开发新能源、治理污染和废物综合利用具有重要意义。该文在利用神经网络对光合细菌制氢发酵特性进行建模的基础上,将全局寻优遗传算法与神经网络模型相结合,实现了制氢发酵特性的优化,得到了可获得最大产氢量的制氢发酵条件组合。此研究为畜禽粪便污水光合细菌制氢技术的工业化生产提供了有意义的参考。
【Abstract】 The combination of biological hydrogen production and the swine manure wastewater treatment is of significance to developing new energy and integrating enviromnental pollution management and wastes comprehensive utilization.In this paper,hydrogen production quantity by photosynthetic bacteria from the swine manure wastewater was tested under different conditions and the neural network model established for description fermentation characteristics on the basis of experimental results.The genetic algorithm was employed to optimize fermentation conditions;we can find the best condi- tion combination of hydrogen production for getting a maximum hydrogen production quantity.This work can offer the in- dustrialized feasibility of hydrogen production by photosynthetic bacteria from the swine manure wastewater.
