【摘要】 文章从能源结构、能源布局、能源战略、能源人才、能源生态环境五个方面分析了我国能源安全的现状,运用层次分析法对五个影响因素进行了评判;运用关联分析法对能源生产、能源消费、能源开采、能源人才分布、能源储备、能源技术发展、能源人才培养以及能源环境情况进行了排序。结果表明,能源战略与能源安全的关联性最强。据此,提出了相关对策建议,为构建我国能源安全体系提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 At first,this paper analyses Chinese current energy security from energy structure,energy distribution,energy strategy,energy talents and energy environment.On the basis of the analysis,we exert AHP to judge the importance of the energy safety from the five aspects above.Then we put an correct order on these eight levels——energy production,energy consumption,energy exploitation,energy talents’ distribution,energy storage,energy technical development,energy talents’ cultivation,energy environment situation by using correlation analysis.The result is that the energy storage strategy correlates with the energy safety most.According to it,this paper points out related countermeasures to offer theoretical references for our country’s energy safety.更多还原
