从经济学角度对经济适用住房政策的剖析
Further Analysis about the Policy of Economic Adaptive House from Economics Angle
【摘要】 从经济学角度对经济适用住房的政策进行分析,追究经济适用住房市场中问题产生的根源,并期望通过政策调整,完善和发展经济适用住房市场,使经济适用住房真正成为解决中低收入家庭住房问题的有效措施。
【Abstract】 This article carries through an analysis for the policy about economic adaptive house to find out why it brings so many problems to the real estate market.We expect through policy adjustment to improve the economic adaptive house market and make it really be an effective measure which can solve the housing problems of the low income families.
