【Abstract】 Based on Background of our reform practice in economic system and sport manag-ement combining empirical study and normative research,this paper points out the basic condition of large-scale public sport facility and the existing institutional problems,analyzes the characteristic of the assets,main function and relationship between non-profit and profit-making of large-scale public sport facility,puts forward the value estimation and reformatory countermeasures to overcome the institutional barrier.更多还原
