【Abstract】 The training of editing talents of scientific & technical journals is very important to the improvement of the quality of the journals.At present,less focus has been made on such training.This paper will discuss the three principles for the training of editing talents of scientific & technical journals: the principle of leading,system and effectiveness,and also the four ways for training: university education as a key role in the training;in-service education for academic degrees in order to improve the educational level and develop the radiation function of knowledge;further business study or short-term training in order to develop the academic group’s function;the veteran editing personnel helping the new comers in order to develop the veteran’s function of teaching,helping and leading.更多还原
