【摘要】 从体育科学角度出发,论述了健商(HQ)的涵义,研究和探讨健商的理论意义和实践价值。

【Abstract】 From the points of view of the sports science,I have discussed the definition of HQ,made some researches on HQ’s theory and its practical value and at last,put forward some measures to improve people’s HQ.
