【摘要】 运用需要层次理论,主要采用问卷调查法分析高校体育教师管理中存在的问题。研究表明:随着市场经济的发展,高校体育教师的需要发生了变化。高校体育教师在安全上的需要和感情上的需要上,已经基本满足了需要;但在尊重的需要、生理上的需要和自我实现的需要上,高校体育教师需要程度较高。从而建议需提高体育教师的社会地位,建立多元的评价标准,建立科学的激励竞争机制等措施调动高校体育教师的积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the method of questionnaire, the article, using Needs Theory, analyzes the existing problems in the administration of university PE teachers. The result shows that as the market economy grows, the needs of the university PE teachers have changed. Basically, they are satisfied with safety and sentiment. But their demand for respect, physiological needs and the requirement for self-value realization are at a quite high level and they are not easy to be satisfied. Therefore, measures should be taken to improve the social status of the PE teachers, establish pluralistic evaluation criterions and set up a scientific competition-impelling system so as to motivate the enthusiasm of the PE teachers.更多还原
