连铸结晶器电液伺服系统的研究
Research on Electric-Hydraulic Servo System of the Continuous Casting Mould
【摘要】 本文介绍电液伺服驱动连铸结晶器振动控制系统。与传统的结晶器振动装置相比,该系统能根据连铸工艺要求很方便地改变波形(正弦或非正弦),并能在线改变振动频率和振幅等参数,从而有效地改善控制精度,提高铸坯表面质量。
【Abstract】 Oscillation control system is introduced for continuous casting mould driven by electric-hydraulic servo.Compared with traditional mould oscillation device,this system can conveniently change waves(sine wave or non-sine wave)and alter in-line oscillatory frequency and magnitude according to the continuous casting technological requirements,thus control precision is improved availably,the slab surface quality is enhanced.
