【摘要】 针对分布式在协同设计与制造环境中的需求,提出了实体对象与分布式对象的映射模型和平台匹配方案。分析了协同虚拟制造(CVM,collaborative virtual manufacturing)的技术体系,给出了实体对象的分析方法,提出了分布式环境下的分布式对象映射模型,并设计了CVM分布式支撑环境架构;引入单元匹配和平台匹配量化分析,改进了信息平台效率测度的评价方法。通过实例分析,得到了CVM系统结构拓展模型,对分布式虚拟设计与测试环节进行讨论,表明了应用协同与虚拟现实技术的改进效率。

【Abstract】 For the requirements of distribution in collaborative design and manufacturing,a mapping model and a scheme of platform matching were proposed.The technique system of CVM(collaborative virtual manufacturing)was analyzed. The descriptive method about object entities was introduced.A mapping model of distributed objects was proposed.And a distributed basic scheme of CVM was designed.By quantitative analysis of unit matching and platform matching,the evaluation means of information platform’s efficiency was optimized.By a case study,an extended model of CVM framework was gained.The procedures of distributed virtual design and testing were discussed.It indicates the improved efficiency of the adoption of collaborative technology and virtual reality technology.
