水相悬浮法氯化反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯的性能
Property of chlorinated trans-1,4-polyisoprene by an aqueous suspension
【摘要】 采用水相悬浮法,对一定相对分子质量的反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯颗粒进行氯化,制得的氯化反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(CTPI),通过DSC与偏光显微镜看出,随着氯含量的升高,TPI的结晶度下降,熔点降低,温度升高会导致脱HCl现象出现;随着氯含量的升高,CTPI极性升高,在极性溶剂中的溶解性增加;特性粘数下降。
【Abstract】 Trans-1,4-polyisoprene particles with a certain molecular weight were chlorinated by an aqueous suspension,we can get chlorinated trans-1,4-polyisoprene(CTPI) at the end.In the DSC and Polarimicroscope,we could get the result:The crystalline content and Tm decreased as the chlorination content of CTPI enhanced;HCl would get out of CTPI as the temperature increased;With the enhancing of chlorine content,the solubility of CTPI in the polar solution increased while the [η] decreased.
