正辛醇改性负载钛催化剂聚合丁二烯的动力学研究
Coordination polymerization kinetics of butadiene with supported titanium catalyst modified by n-octanol
【摘要】 以n(正辛醇)/n(Ti)=30改性TiCl4/MgCl2催化剂合成中乙烯基聚丁二烯,考察了聚合温度为40~70℃时该催化剂催化丁二烯(Bd)溶液聚合动力学。结果表明:单体转化率低于40%时显示稳态特征;n(Al)/n(Ti)为30~80范围内,体系的稳态聚合反应速率方程式为:Rp=kp[Ti]00.7[Bd],本聚合体系的表观活化能为31.3 kJ/mol。
【Abstract】 The kinetics of the coordination polymerization of butadiene with supported titanium catalyst modified by n-octanol[n(n-octanol)/n(Ti)=30] was studied at 40?℃~70?℃.The results showed that there was a steady character in this system when the monomer conversion was less than 40%.The kinetic equation of this polymerization was obtained when the n(Al)/n(Ti) ratio was 30~80:Rp=kp0.7.The apparent activation energy was 31.3?kJ/mol.
