离心泵和滚压泵对S100β蛋白释放的影响
The Influence of Roller and Centrifugal Pump on Plasma S100β Protein Release after Extracorporeal Circulation
【摘要】 目的观察体外循环(extracorporeal c ircu lation,ECC)手术后S100β蛋白血浆浓度的变化,比较离心泵和滚压泵对S100β释放的影响。方法选取20例行双瓣膜置换手术的患者随机分为两组,ECC使用离心泵组(CP组,n=9)和使用滚压泵组(RP组,n=11),分别在ECC开始前、ECC结束时和ECC结束后4 h、12 h抽血检测S100β蛋白血浆浓度。结果ECC开始前两组血浆中均未检测到S100β,两组均是在ECC结束时S100β血浆浓度最高,此后逐渐下降。两组相比较,ECC结束时无显著差异,而在ECC结束后4 h和12 h两组有显著性差别,滚压泵组比离心泵组释放S100β多。结论ECC使应用离心泵时术后早期释放的S100β比滚压泵的少,提示在时间较长的ECC中应用离心泵可能有利于减轻ECC对脑组织的损伤。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigated the change of S100β plasma concentrations during and after extracorporeal circulation(ECC),compared the influence of roller pump and centrifugal pump on S100β releasel.METHODS 20 patients underwent double valves replacement were randomly divided into two groups: centrifugal(CP,n=9) versus roller(RP,n=11) pump.The CP group used a Jostra centrifugal pump and the RP group a Stochert roller pump for ECC.Before the start of ECC,at the end of ECC and 4 hours,12 hours after ECC termination,whole blood was taken from radial artery indwelling tube.The plasma levels of S100β were assayed by radioimmuno-assay(RIA) method.RESULTS Both groups were matched for age,body weight and cardiopulmonary bypass and cross-clamp time.S100β was not found inboth group before the start of ECC.At the end of ECC,the plasma concentrations of S100β got to peak values,but there was no significant difference between two groups.4 hours and 12 hours after ECC termination,S100β levels in CP group were significanly lower than RP group.CONCLUSION S100β plasma levels increase after ECC,and centrifugal pumps can significantly decrease it,which indicate that using centrifugal pumps in ECC maybe have a more neuroprotective effect than roller pumps.
