【摘要】 观察银质针导热疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法选择肱骨外上髁炎患者60例,随机分为YZ组(银质针导热组)和SZ组(神经阻滞组),YZ组根据软组织附着点,选用肱骨外髁处为针刺点,密集排布银质针后应用艾绒点燃加温进行导热治疗。SZ组采用压痛点神经阻滞治疗,治疗后观察止痛效果。结果两组治疗后止痛效果(VAS),YZ组(1．66±1．09)明显优于SZ组(2．53±1．01)(P<0．05)。结论银质针肌肉导热治疗肱骨外上髁炎止痛效果明确,功能恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of using silver needle heat-conduction to treat radio-humeral epicondylitis. Methods Sixty patients were selected and divided into YZ group ( heat conduction by silver rneedle) and SZ group (group of trigger point block) at random. In YZ group after the silver needles were applied in the radiohumeral condylus, the mugwort floss was lighted up. In SZ group the trigger point were blocked with lidocaine. Results The effects of pain relief were observed. VAS in YZ group (1. 66±1. 09) is superior to that of SZ group(2. 53 + 1. 01) ,P <0. 05. Conclusion The effects of silver needle heat-conduction on radiohumeral epicondylitis are definitive. The arm functions recover rapidly.更多还原
