【摘要】 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)表达和颜面皮肤癌血管生成的关系。方法免疫组化检测颜面皮肤癌COX-2、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达,并测定肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)。结果颜面皮肤癌COX-2表达与VEGF、iNOS表达密切相关(P<0.05)。颜面皮肤癌COX-2表达阳性组和阴性组MVD有显著差异(P<0.01).结论颜面皮肤癌COX-2表达和肿瘤血管生成有关,iNOS和VEGF可能参与COX-2对肿瘤血管生成的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Propose To explore the relationships between COX-2 expression and angiogenesis in Facial skin carcinomaa.Methods: The COX2 expression,iNOS and VEGF expression,MVD were evalulated by immunohistochemical method.Results: There was significant difference of MVD between COX-2 postive Facial skin carcinoma and negative ones(P< 0.01).The expressions of COX2 and iNOS、VEGF in Facial skin carcinomas were significantly positively correlated.Conclusions: The present findings suggest that there is some link between COX-2 and angiogenesis in Facial skin carcinoma,partly attributing to the effect of VEGF and iNOS.更多还原
