【Abstract】 Objective:To determine of the polysaccharide from Ligustrum henryi Hemslwere.Method: The polysaccharide was extracted by phenol-sulphoacid method.Resule:The content of the polysaccharide from Ligustrum henryi Hemslwere was 5.5% by the method of refluxing,while that was 1.4% by soaking.Conclusion:The refluxing method is better than the soaking method in determing the content of the polysaccharide.更多还原
