【摘要】 目的探讨细胞周期素D1(Cylin D1)、转化生长因子α(TGFα)在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组织化学的方法检测Cylin D1、TGFα在10例正常胃组织、15例慢性浅表性胃炎、26例肠上皮化生、25例非典型增生及67例胃癌中的表达。结果Cylin D1、TGFα的表达在癌前病变出现,随病变加重表达增强;在胃癌中显著高于癌前病变(P<0.05),并且与胃癌的分化程度、有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论Cylin D1、TGFα与胃癌的发生、发展有密切关系,并且与胃癌的恶性程度有关,二者可能发挥协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the representation and significance of CylinD₁,TGFαin gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesion.Methods: Cheeking the representation of CylinD₁,TGFαin 10 cases of normal gastric tissues,15 cases of chronic superficial gastritis,26 cases of intestinal metapiasia,25 cases of atypical hyperplasia,and 67 cases of gastric carcinoma by immunohistochemical method.Results:The representation of CylinD₁,TGFαappears in precancerous lesion.With the seriousness of the pathological changes,it will be simultancously intensified.The representation of CylinD₁,TGFα is higher in gastric carcinoma than that in precancerous lesion（P<0.05）.Besides this,it is closely related to the dissociation of gastric carcinoma and lymphatic metastatis（P<0.05）.Conclusion:CylinD₁,TGFαcontribute a lot to the development and the seriousness of gastric carcinoma;moreover,they two may have synergistic effect to each other.更多还原
