【摘要】 目的观察在腮腺切除术中植入脱细胞真皮基质对味觉出汗综合征的预防效果。方法通过对24例患者术后随访,并通过Minor试验,观察术后味觉出汗综合征的发生情况。结果在随访的24例患者中,无病人发现有潮红和出汗现象,较传统腮腺切除术的发病率明显降低。结论切除腮腺时置入脱细胞真皮基质对预防味觉出汗综合征的发生有显著效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the prevention of Frey syndrome by laying the acellular dermal matrix (ADM) in parotidectomy.Methods:Twenty-four cases after parotidectomy by Minor test was followed up and the incidence of Frey syndrome was found.Results:In the twenty-four patients,none of them showed the appearance of flush with perspires, which was far lower than the incidence after traditional parotidectomy.Conclusion:The method of laying the acellular der- mal matrix in parotidectomy can efficiently prevent Frey syndrome.更多还原
