【摘要】 目的研究灵芝提取物的镇痛与抗炎作用。方法用冰醋酸化学刺激疼痛模型和二甲苯诱导的鼠耳肿胀炎症模型,观察灵芝提取物的镇痛作用与抗炎作用。结果灵芝提取物能明显减少冰醋酸诱导的小鼠扭体次数(P<0.01),对二甲苯诱导的鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论灵芝提取物具有镇痛和抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Ganoderma lucidum extractive.Methods:Analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects were detected by analgesic model of mice twist and inflammatory model of dimethyl-benzene-induced ear swelling in mice.Results:Ganoderma lucidum extractive decreased the rolling reaction times of mice,and restrained the swelling of mice ears at the doses of 0.015g/kg and 0.030g/kg(P<0.01).Conclusion:Ganoderma lucidum extractive has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.更多还原
