【Abstract】 According to the theory of condominium ownership and legislation and practice in other countries,each owner of the buildings should utilize the common part of the buildings together in a reasonable way, or the exclusive right to use may be vested in a specific owner or a specific third person. This article mainly discusses the exclusive right to use from such perspectives as the object, the way to vest, the nature and the exercise of the exclusive right to use.
