【Abstract】 Influenced by indifferent consciousness on the intangible assets, complicated personnel management, the brain drain, outmoded ideas, unsound systems and so on, intangible asset management of the universities is challenged by property right definition, assets transforms, the value estimation, effective protection, scientific management.
