开放存取:学术信息交流的新模式
Open access:a new mode of academic information interchange
【摘要】 开放存取是一种全新的学术交流模式。文章分析了开放存取出版产生的历史背景、基本特征、实现模式等,并就开放存取过程中出现的相关问题和发展前景进行了初浅探讨。
【Abstract】 Open access is akind of brand-new scholarly communication exchange.Article has analyzed thehistorical background,basic feature and realization that open access publication produces pattern etc.,therelated problem and development that appears in open access process prospect has carried out first shallowdiscussion.
