【Abstract】 Combining the video resources database created by the faculty of Beijing International Studies University library, the author introduces the streaming media technology principles and various encoding patterns of video resources. Furthermore, the author discusses the technical details in the creation of the video resources database, offeres the solutions about collecting video resources, editing and processing video resources, transforming video resources format, connecting video resources, releasing resource information and so on, then it points out the feasibility and need about creating the video resources database in libraries.更多还原
