【Abstract】 This article summarizes the advanced experience of the overseas e-governance, which include their guidances, strategical principles, key aspects, system construction patterns, security measures and the prerequisites of the e-governance development. On this basis, the paper gives some suggestions on the development of e-governance in our country. Furthermore, the paper also mentions that many factors, such as a plan, laws and regulations, public opionions, enterprise roles, information resources, gateway construction, training and popularization of IT knowledge, will be the guarantee for the success of the e-government in China.更多还原
