【Abstract】 By analyzing the existing network information resources organization mode, this paper uncovers its unavoidable limitations and introduces the theories of knowledge organization systems. On the basis of the theories, the paper presents a new network information resources organization mode, which describes network information resources by XML/RDF with the help of the knowledge reorganization and knowledge representation by the establishment of ontology. As a result, a network information resources organization mode based on knowledge organization systems is established, which provides the intelligent retrieval and service for users.更多还原
