【摘要】 介绍英国科技期刊的发展现状,分析其商业化运作、宏观管理模式、行业协会、法律环境和经济环境,最后指出我国期刊业应该制定科学合理的期刊发展政策,充分发挥行业协会的作用,完善相关法律法规,加大执法力度,发挥市场导向作用,促进期刊向集团化和规模化发展,以营造我国科技期刊有利的发展环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to introduce the development status of STM journals in UK, and to analyze its marketing operations, macro-management models, professional associations, and its legislative and economic circumstances. Finally, the paper suggests that the Chinese government should establish relevant policies for the development of its scientific journals. In addition,the goverment also needs to pay adequate attention to strengthening the function of the corresponding professional associations and matket competitions in the course of the scale development of Chinese STM journals.更多还原
