现代图书馆人性化管理的新理念
The New Concept of Humanistic Management in the Modern Library
【摘要】 文章通过分析图书馆管理的传统观念弊端,指出图书馆服务工作“读者至上”、“以人为本”、人性化服务流于形式的原因,探讨人性化服务和人性化管理的内涵,提出人性化服务是现代图书馆服务的新理念。
【Abstract】 Analyses the deficiency of traditional concept in library management,points out the reason of departure from "reader uppermost"、humanism and humanistic service in library services.Discusses the connotation of humanistic service and humanistic management,point out that the humanistic service is the new concept of reader services in modem library.
