公共图书馆人力资源管理的再造
The Transform of Human Resources Management in the Public Library
【摘要】 首先阐述了公共图书馆人力资源管理再造的必要性,其后以中山市中山图书馆为例就再造方案提出了设想。
【Abstract】 Firstly,this article expressed the transform of human resources management was necessary,then it put forward transform plan and imagine by taking the library of Zhongshan city for example.
