薄板坯连铸连轧流程V微合金化HSLA钢的开发

【摘要】 珠钢采用EAF-LF-CSP工艺生产1.8~6.3 mm V微合金化HSLA S-F80钢带(%:0.03~0.07C、1.10~1.60Mn、≤0.05Nb、≤0.05Ti、0.05~0.25V、0.010~0.035N)。试验结果表明,采用再结晶控制轧制工艺(开轧温度1 000~1 100℃,终轧温度820~950℃,卷取温度550~650℃),钢带的组织3~4μm超细铁素体+少量珠光体,析出相V(C,N)粒度为44 nm,钢带的屈服强度590~620 MPa。

【Abstract】 The 1.86.3 mm strip of V microalloying HSLA S-F80 steel (0.030.07C,1.101.60Mn,≤0.05Nb,≤0.05Ti,0.050.25V,0.0100.035N) is produced by EAF-LF-CSP process at Zhujiang steel.The examination results showed that with recrystallization control rolling process-breakdown temperature (1()000)1()100 ℃,finishing temperature 820950 ℃ and coiling temperature 550650 ℃,the structure of strip was 34 μm extra-fine ferrite + minor pearlite,the size of precipitated phase V(C,N) was 44 nm and the yield strength of strip was 590620 MPa.
