【摘要】 根据C90耐腐蚀油管对力学性能和抗腐蚀性能的要求,设计和开发出成分(%)为:C 0.24,Cr3.05,Mo 0.48,Ti 0.02的Cr3型C90级耐腐蚀油管用钢。衡钢采用30 t EBT电弧炉-LF(VD)-Φ110~140 mmHCC工艺生产的Cr3型C90级耐腐蚀管用钢力学性能为σ0.5680 MPa,σb780 MPa,δ5024%,AKV51~60 J。按API5CT试验,该钢抗硫化氢应力腐蚀率为:液相0.237 5 mm/a,气相0.626 3 mm/a,优于28CrMoTi钢和SM90钢。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to requirement of mechanical properties and anti-corrosion for C90 anti-corrosion steel,the Cr3 steel-0.24C, 3.05Cr,0.48Mo,0.02Ti has been designed and developed.The mechanical properties of C90 anti-corrosion steel Cr3 produced by 30 t EBT arc furnace LF（VD）-Φ110～140 mm HCC process at Hengyang Steel were σ_0.5 680 MPa, σ_b 780 MPa,δ₅₀ 24% and A_KV 51～60 J.With test according to API5CT,the anti-hydrogen sulphide corrosion rate was（0.237（）5）（mm/a） in liquid phase and（0.626（）3）（mm/a） in gas phase which is higher than that of steel 28CrMoTi and steel SM90.更多还原
