RP-HPLC测定三甲基氢醌的含量
RP-HPLC Determination of 2,3,5-Trimethylhydroquinone
【摘要】 建立反相高效液相色谱法(RPHPLC)测定三甲基氢醌含量的方法。采用CAPCELLPAKMGⅡC18为分析柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),水甲醇(45∶55)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为280nm,柱温为25℃。三甲基氢醌在0.10~0.26mg/ml范围内浓度与峰面积比呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9999)。
【Abstract】 A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method was established for the determination of 2,3,5-trimethylhydroquinone. The column was CAPCELL PAK MGⅡ C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm), the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (w(MeOH)/w(H2O)=55∶45), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detection was done at λ=280nm, and the column temperature was 25℃. The line range for 2,3,5-trimethylhydroquinone was 0.10~0.26mg/ml (R=0.9999).
