草酸二乙酯气相脱羰基制碳酸二乙酯产物的气相色谱-质谱分析
Products Analysis in Diethyl Carbonate Preparation from Diethyl Oxalate by Gaseous Decarbonylation via GC-MS
【摘要】 采用气相色谱-质谱联用(程序升温)的方法对K2CO3/活性炭上催化草酸二乙酯(DEO)气相脱羰基制碳酸二乙酯(DEC)的反应产物进行了分析。实现了对主要产物碳酸二乙酯、副产物甲酸乙酯、乙醇、1,1-二乙氧基乙烷的分离定性,并从反应机理上进行了解释。
【Abstract】 The products in the preparation of diethyl carbonate（DEC） from diethyl oxalate（DEO） by decarbonylation over K2CO3/AC（activated carbon） were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass（GC-MS）.DEC,DEO,ethanol,ethyl formate,and 1,1-diethoxyethane were separated and qualitatively analyzed respectively.The formation of the by-products was explained by the reaction mechanism.
