利用过程强化技术有效活化天然气研究进展
Advances in the Study of Effective Activation of Methane via Process Intensification
【摘要】 天然气的有效合理利用是目前的研究热点之一。甲烷的氧化偶联、部分氧化制合成气、甲烷制氢和芳烃等的研究工作对于由天然气生产液体燃料及化工基本原料的石油化工战略转移具有非常重要的学术和经济意义。但要同时得到甲烷活化的各类反应高活性、高选择性及高收率,单纯改进催化剂是难于达到的。在研究天然气催化活化的同时改进新设备、新技术、新方法和催化剂的协同作用,实施过程强化,有望为天然气活化利用提供新的途径。本文综述了这方面的研究进展,并展望了该领域的发展前景。
【Abstract】 The effective activation and utilization of methane is of intriguing interest. The oxidation coupling of methane,the partial oxidation of methane to syngas,and the conversion of methane to hydrogen and aromatics are very important academically and economically,for these routes providing ways to produce liquid fuel from natural gas rather than those from petroleum.The development of new catalyst is of significant importance for the conversion,however it is difficult to obtain high yield and high selectivity merely via the improvement of catalysts.The combination of catalyst improvement with process design and control via new equipment,new technology,and so on to exert process intensification shows promise for obtaining new ways of methane effective utilization.This paper reviewed several aspects of these progresses and gave prospects on this topic.
