排水采气新工艺研究—井筒加热法
NEW TECHNOLOGY OF WATER DRAINAGE AND GAS RECOVERY: WELLBORE HEATING
【摘要】 气井井筒积液问题一直是影响气井产量的不利因素。加热井筒方法是预防气井积液的一种新方法,对井筒加热,使其温度达到地层温度,可以起到防止积液的目的。文中以第一个使用加热井筒工艺的迦太基油田的Pettit组某井为例子,介绍了此种工艺的原理、设备和现场施工基本过程。使用此工艺后,井筒积液明显减少,大大的增加了气井产量。通过此次试验证明此种工艺的现场应用价值很高。
【Abstract】 Wellbore accumulation in gas wells is an unfavorable factor influencing on well production.Heating wellbore and making wellbore temperature coincident with formation temperature,the wellbore heating is a new technology which prevents accumulation from gas wells.This paper illustrates a case study of some gas well in Pettit Formation,a first example applying this technology.In addition,it introduces the theory,equipments and basic operation procedure.As indicated by research,accumulation is obviously decreased and production is increased a lot after its application.It is proven that the wellbore heating is well available in wellsite operation.
