【Abstract】 The effect of temperature,pH,extract time,water/algae ratio,and addition of pectase and cellulase on the amount of fucoidan extracted from rhizoid of Undaria pinnatifida by ethanol was studied.The results of single factor and orthogonal experiments indicated that the optimal procedure to extract fucoidan was to extract 5 h at 80 ℃ under pH 6.The extraction yield increased 57% and 46% by adding 500 μ/g of pectase and cellulase,respectively.更多还原
