牛膝总皂甙的体外抗氧化性研究
The Antioxidative Effects of Achyranthes bidentata saponins in vivo
【摘要】 通过对由Fe2+/Vc诱导的大鼠肝脏微粒体脂质过氧化、AAPH引发的蛋白质氧化降解和质粒pBR322DNA氧化断裂的抑制作用的检测,研究了牛膝总皂甙抗氧化作用。结果表明,它对脂质过氧化的半抑制浓度为8.0μg/mL;浓度为200和150μg/mL时明显或完全保护由AAPH引起的牛血清白蛋白和DNA氧化降解,说明牛膝总皂甙对这三种生物大分子的氧化性损伤具有较强的保护作用。
【Abstract】 The assay of rat liver microsomes lipid peroxidation induced by Fe2+/Vc,AAPH initiated protein oxidative damage and plasmid pBR322 DNA oxidative chain breakage were used to detect the antioxidations of Achyranthes bidentata saponins(ABS).The IC50 of ABS was 8.0 μg/mL in inhibition of lipid peroxidation,at the concentration of 200 μg/mL ABS showed obvious protection in protein and 150 μg/mL showed completely protection in DNA damage.So ABS exhibited significant antioxidative potential of protected biological macromoleculars
