大花罗布麻的化学成分研究
Studies on Chemical Constituents of Poacynum hendersonii
【摘要】 采用溶剂萃取及硅胶柱色谱等方法从大花罗布麻叶中分离得到8个化合物,利用理化常数、UVI、R1、HNMR1、3C NMR、MS等波谱技术分析鉴定他们为羽扇醇棕榈酸酯(1)、正十六烷酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、槲皮素(4)、槲皮素-3-O--βD-吡喃葡萄糖甙(5)、槲皮素-3-O--βD-葡萄糖基--βD-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、丁香树脂醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)和蔗糖(8)。根据理化性质和光谱数据,确定八个化合物的结构均为已知化合物,其中化合物2、6、7和8首次从罗布麻中分得。
【Abstract】 Eight compounds were isolated from the leaves of Poacynum hendersonii by using extraction and silica gel column chromatography and their chemical structures were identified as lupenyl palmitate(1),n-hexadecanoic acid(2),β-sitosterol(3),quercetin(4),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucosides(5),quercetin-3-O-β-Dglucosyl-β-D-glucopyranosides(6),syringaresinol-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)and saccharose(8) by physical-chemical properties and spectral data of UV,IR,()1H NMR,()13C NMR and MS.Compounds 2,6,7and 8 were found from this plant for the first time.
