四合木的化学成分研究(英文)
Chemical Study of Tetraena mongolica Maxim
【摘要】 从我国蒺藜科特有属植物四合木(Tetraena mongolicaMaxim)的全株中首次得到了五种化合物。应用光谱等检测方法,对其结构进行了鉴定。分别鉴定为:十四碳酸月桂醇酯(1)、羽扇豆醇(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、5,7,3′,4′-四羟基-3-甲氧基黄酮(4)、5,7,4′-三羟基-3,3′-二甲氧基黄酮(5)。上述成分均为首次从四合木中得到。其中5,7,3′,4′-四羟基-3-甲氧基黄酮表现出较高的抗氧化活性。
【Abstract】 Five compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Tetraena mongolica Maxim for the first time.They were elucidated as dodecyl myristate(1),3-hydroxy-lupanol(2),β-sitosterol(3),5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-3-methoxy-flavonol(4),and 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-flavonol(5) on the basis of spectral analysis.Two flavonoids were firstly isolated from the family Zygophyllacae.Antioxidative activity experiment show that compound 4 has higher antioxidative activity.
