低温退火处理对钛合金机械性能的影响

【摘要】 采用不同的退火温度对一种新型钛合金进行处理,通过拉伸试验分析退火温度对其机械性能的影响。试验结果表明:在一定温度范围内退火处理可以大幅度提高该材料的强度极限和弹性模量,但同时使材料变脆,塑性显著下降。因此,对材料进行单一的退火处理只能提高该材料的强度,不能综合改善其机械性能。

【Abstract】 This paper has studied the annealing treatment with different temperature for a new type titanium alloy. Through the stretch experiment, the influence of different annealing temperature on mechanical performance of that material was analyzed. The result of the experiment indicated that the strength limit and elastic modulus of the material can increase after annealing treatment within the temperature range, but at the same time, the material became crisp and its plasticity declined remarkably. Therefore single annealing treatment for the material can’t improve synthetically its mechanical performance.
