基于DPS数据处理的鸟苷分批发酵动力学模型
Batch Fermentation Kinetics Model for Guanosine Based on DPS Data Processing
【摘要】 以枯草芽孢杆菌TA208(Ade-+MSOr+8-AGr)为供试菌株,对鸟苷分批发酵动力学模型进行研究。利用 DPS数据处理软件模型参数求解的原理,建立合理的分批发酵动力学模型。经实验验证,模型的拟合结果和实验值能够较好吻合,说明该动力学模型能正确描述鸟苷的分批发酵过程。
【Abstract】 Bacillus subtilis TA208 was used as the test strain to study batch fermentation kenetics of guanosine. The parameters of kenetics model were estimated by DPS. The logical model of batch fermentation was build on this principle. The kinetic models can provide a reasonable description for growth, product formation and substrate consumption in the process of batch fermentation.
