【Abstract】 The article thinks that the benefits balanced mechanism has become one of the key factors of documents information resources construction and sharing, sums up three kinds of main benefits balanced mechanism modes, analyses the characteristics of various kinds of modes thoroughly. Finally, the article confirms the principle of the rational benefit balanced mechanism, and thinks we should set up a benefits balanced mechanism system including market balanced mechanism, government balanced mechanism and social balanced mechanism.更多还原
