【Abstract】 The process,embed and section of paraffin section are usually performed by a histology and pathology laboratory.While hand processing can be performed according to the routine procedure,the results may show marked variation in slide quality.In this text,the author improved the staining effectiveness and quality of paraffin section which is stabilized for long-term storage,according to improving mixed reagent and operational means during her experimental career of more than ten years.更多还原
