【摘要】 对乙醇柴油混合燃料的主要理化性质进行了分析。在对DL190-12柴油机结构不作任何变动的条件下,采用柴油掺烧乙醇的技术方案,进行乙醇柴油混合燃料对柴油机动力性和经济性影响的试验研究。研究结果表明柴油中掺烧10%~20%的乙醇,相比纯柴油柴油机动力性能有升有降,升降幅度在8%以内,而燃油消耗率有所升高;掺烧10%~20%的乙醇柴油机可能出现热熄火现象,热熄火对应的机油临界温度会随着柴油机转速的升高而升高,随掺烧比的增大而升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the basic physical and chemical characteristics of ethanoldiesel blended fuel.Without any changing at the configuration of DL19012 diesel engine,it studied the power and fuel economy performances when(supplied) with ethanol-diesel blended fuel by experiment.The study showed that there were both up and down for engine(power) & torque,the(variance) was about 8% when the fuel contained 10%~20% ethanol as comparing with pure diesel fuel,and the fuel consumption was also increased.It was found that the hot-flameout phenomenon was easily occurred when engine was supplied with ethanol-diesel blended fuel contained 10%~20% ethanol,and the oil temperature of engine at hot-(flameout) point would increase with the engine speed and higher blended ratio of ethanol.更多还原
