气制动器间隙自动调整臂调整机构的优化设计
Optimization Design of the Adjusting Device for Automatic Clearance Adjusting Lever of Air Brake
【摘要】 利用ANSYS的APDL编程语言建立了调整机构的参数化模型,并进行了结构静力学分析,对影响调整机构强度和剐度的因素进行了研究,并进行了结构优化设计。优化后调整机构的最大变形从0.002 697 mm下降到0.000 574 mm,有效地提高了调整机构的调整精度和工作可靠性。
【Abstract】 A parameterization model of the adjusting device is created by applying for APDL,and the structural static analysis is carried out.The influential factors on the strength and rigidity of the adjusting device are studied,and the(optimization) of structural design is carried out.The most distortion is declined from 0. 002 697 mm to 0.000 574 mm.It makes the adjusting precision and the working reliability improved effectively.
