直喷式柴油机气动载荷与燃烧噪声的关系研究
On Relation between Aerodynamic Load Factor and Combustion Noise of DI-Diesel Engine
【摘要】 通过测量柴油机气缸内压力和噪声,针对同转速不同负荷和同负荷不同转速工况,研究气缸内最大压力、压力升高率、放热率等间接因素与时间窗获取的燃烧噪声的关系。燃烧噪声的主要成分集中在800~4 000 Hz频段,是由压力升高率和压力高频振荡共同决定的。放热率曲线形式与燃烧噪声有着密切的关系。研究结果表明:气体动力载荷因素中,压力升高率和放热率是影响燃烧噪声的重要因素。
【Abstract】 On the test basis,the paper investigates the relations among the maximal cylinder pressure,rate of pressure rise,heat release rate and the combustion noise obtained by designing a time window at the conditions of same speed and(different) load or of same load and different speed.The main component combustion noise concentrates in the frequency range of 4008 000 Hz and is determined both together by the rate of pressure rise and the high-frequency oscillation of(combustion) pressure.The shape of heat release curve is closely related to the combustion noise.The result shows that the rate of pressure rise and the heat release are the main dynamic load factor that affects the combustion noise.
