胶原-In2O3纳米复合低红外发射率涂料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Characterization of Collagen/Indium Oxide Nanocomposite Based Low IR Emissivity Coatings
【摘要】 用液-液分散法制备胶原-In2O3纳米粒子复合物。以胶原-In2O3纳米粒子复合物为颜料,环氧树脂为粘合剂,加入分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂等助剂,制得胶原-In2O3纳米复合红外低发射率涂料,并将涂料制成涂层。实验结果表明:涂层的临界颜料体积CPVC为0.473,涂层的红外发射率(1~22μm,8~14μm,3~5μm)为0.658~0.671,涂层耐温性为348℃,硬度、耐磨性、附着力等机械性能良好。
【Abstract】 Collagen/In2O3 nanocomposite were prepared by a liquid-liquid dispersion process.The low infrared(IR) emissivity coatings was prepared with collagen/In2 O3 nanocomposite as the pigments,an epoxy resin as binder,and mixed with other additives.DSC-TGA and IR emissivity(1~22 μm,8~14 μm,3~5 μm)were studied.The mechanical performance of the coating was evaluated in terms of hardness,abrasion and adhesion test.It has shown that the better performance of the coating can be achieved,while the IR emissivity is 0.658~0.671,heat resistance up to 348 ℃.
