水性聚氨酯树脂工业化生产的工艺研究
Production Technology of Waterborne Polyurethane Dispersion
【摘要】 对水性丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂的工业化生产工艺进行了研究,分析了分散设备、分散工艺对分散体粒径和涂料贮存稳定性的影响。选取一定的分散设备,通过控制分散速度、分散温度、熟化工艺形成一套简单、高效、可操作的生产工艺,获得外观半透明、性能优良的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯水分散体,实现了该树脂的工业化稳定生产。
【Abstract】 The production technology of waterborne modified acrylate waterborne polyurethane dispersion are studied.The influence of equipment and technology of dispersing process on particle size and storage stability are discussed.By use of well-selected dispersing equipment and well-controlled dispersing rate,temperature and conditioning,a semi-transparent and quality acrylate modified PU aquceaus dispersion can be obtained.A simple,effective and practical stable production process is realized.
