【Abstract】 A cleaning ferric-based phosphating solution used for surface pretreatment of iron and steel at room temperature was developed in order to perform cleaning phosphating production.All the molecules or ions involved in the phosphating solution could react with each other forming phosphating film,water,sediments or substances which could be volatilized in the dry process of phosphating film.It contains no nitrous acid salts and heavy metals.A colored film weighted 0.7 g/m² was formed by immersing process at 5～40 ℃ for 5～10 min,which could resistant to dropping CuSO₄ solution for 90～140 s.It doesn’t need water washing after phosphating.更多还原
