【摘要】 [目的]观察自拟方剂益肾活血汤治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。[方法]140例糖尿病患者随机分为益肾活血治疗组72例,西药达美康对照组68例,疗程4个月,对照两组疗效,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血脂、血液流变学各项指标进行统计学比较。[结果]治疗组总有效率为90.3%,对照组总有效率为73.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。对临床血脂血液流变学指标的改善情况,治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]益肾活血汤比传统西药治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,可明显改善糖尿病患者高血脂高血黏度的状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Yishenhuoxue(tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation) decoction, prescribed by ourselves, on treating diabetes mellitus of type II(2DM). [Methods] One hundred and forty patients with 2DM were randomly divided into treatment group of Yishenhuoxue decoction(72 cases) and control group of Diamicron(68 cases). The course of treatment was 4 months. After that the clinical effect, FBG, blood sugar, blood fat 2 hurs after eating and the haemorheologic index in both groups were measured. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.3% and that of control group was 73.5%. The clinical effect of treatment group was superior than that of control group. [Conclusions] The Yishenhuoxue decoction has obviously better clinical effect on treating 2DM and may significantly improves hyperlipemia and high blood viscosity state of patients with 2DM.更多还原
